Do you know a high school student who’s curious about the ocean, loves hands-on science, or enjoys getting creative with art? We’ve got a unique opportunity they won’t want to miss.

The Western Flyer Foundation is offering a free, week-long summer program in Moss Landing — and we have just 4 spots left!

From July 21–25, students will dive into ocean science and the arts through our Peer MentorShip Program. This fun and interactive experience brings together high school and college students to explore everything from plankton collection and ROV demos to seaweed cyanotype art, nature journaling, and marine fossil investigations.

🎨🔬 It’s hands-on, it’s creative, and it’s totally free, thanks to a generous grant from the Chapman Foundation.
Participants even receive a watercolor kit and nature journal to keep!
